Does replaying the same character a 2nd time in Mass Effect 2 reset your level?

I just finished playing Mass Effect 2 for the first time and if I was to restart a second playthrough using the same character. Would everything be reset? upgrades, armor, level? and if so is it possible to reach level 30 now that there is the 25% experience bonusDoes replaying the same character a 2nd time in Mass Effect 2 reset your level?
u keep all equipment but all upgrades are lost.... and ofcourse u retain ur level at the end of the first playthrough. Not sure about the 25% xp bonus but u get a bonus of 52500 of every resource when u start.Does replaying the same character a 2nd time in Mass Effect 2 reset your level?

No,You keep your level. But you have to re upgrade everything. but the good thing is that you get 50,000 of every resource
