How do you get the Heavy Ship Armor and Multicore Shielding upgrades for the Normandy in Mass Effect 2?
You are able to buy the heavy ship armor by talking to Jacob and asking about upgrades. You can get multicore shielding by talking to Tali about upgrades once you've recruited her.
