hmm yeah you must have labeled your age as under 17 somewhere in the xbox registry. You need to find it and change it, or call xbox live support and get them to change it. If they ask your over the age of 18, because technically if your under 17 you should not be able to play Mass Effect 2 (which is bs by the way).How old do you have to be to access Mass Effect 2 online features?
perhaps when u signed up for xbox live, you put an age under 18.
