Mass Effect 2 DLC Problems?

My friend recently downloaded the Mass Effect 2 Collectors Edition armour and the special Pre-Order armour for me off of Xbox Live (as I don't have a connection) onto my hardrive. It has all downloaded successfully as I can view it in my hardrive memory. However, fro some reason it isn't showing up in game. Why? I activated the Cerberus code, and made all of the EA accounts and stuff, I checked the in game armoury and uniform changer thing. It's jut not in the game anywhere. Is this because I need my Xbox to be constantly connected to Live, or is there another issue involved?Mass Effect 2 DLC Problems?
When you say it was downloaded on your hard drive, did you mean that it was downloaded onto your hard drive while on another system? If so, then there's your problem, the content was registered to the other system so that when you try to use it offline, your system thinks you're trying to get a free download from a friend. You can fix this problem using the Xbox 360 License Transfer here http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/system鈥?/a> and prevent it by making sure to download what you want on your own system. As long as you have a sturdy backpack and don't shake your system around excessively it will be fine for the trip.



Edit: Then like I said, the content you downloaded is registered to your friend's system not your own, that's why it's not showing up. You'll have to do the process like I pointed out above and redownload the content if you want to use them offline. I know you can access the downloads at least offline (but not the Cerberus Network since that requires an Xbox Live connection to use) since I am in a similar position as yourself: no Xbox Live at my home, but have a friend who is willing to let me use his.Mass Effect 2 DLC Problems?
First off, it wont allow you to use any of these features if the codes are his, they are one time use only.



If the codes are yours, you need to download them on YOUR xbox, that doesnt mean using your profile round someones elses who has xbox live.
