It also comes with the Digital Deluxe edition. If you have too much money lying around you can pay for the DD and get a code for the collectors' armor and assault rifle. Even if the assault rifle is probably my favorite weapon in the game, I don't think it's worth buying another version of the game if you already have Mass Effect 2.

Unfortunately no, it is exclusive to the collector's edition.
