Im having problems with redeeming the Terminus Assault Armor code for Mass Effect 2?

Hello, this is really important and has created a huge problem for me. I recently pre ordered Mass Effect 2, and Gamestop sent me an email with a code to unlock the Terminus Assault Armor and Blackstorm Heavy Weapon. Unfortunately, it sent me a PC code and prompted me to download the DLC. I don't have the game on the computer, but I will be playing Mass Effect 2 on my Xbox 360.



I am very, very confused. Their was a warning on the redeem code screen that said that once I used this code, I can no longer use after the first use. Will the Terminus Assault Armor and Blackstorm Heavy Weapon appear on my Xbox Live account? Or will I have to use that EA Code again?Im having problems with redeeming the Terminus Assault Armor code for Mass Effect 2?
Okay i talked to my friends online and the ones who preordered it from Gamestop online recieved a card inside the Mass Effect 2 box. So, it should come in the box. I haven't recieved mine yet but when you do, their should be a card inside and you get by accessing the Cerebrus Network in game. Good luck!
You're fine. The codes are cross platform. When you play the game on xbox, on the opening screen there's a button to get new content. It'll have you log in to your EA account, then download it again for the xbox. I did the same thing and its fine as long as you use the same email address for your xbox I have had a hard time accessing the armor however I go to the place where they say it is and it is not there.
Yeah, I'm having a problem as well. It's not saying anywhere that I can log into my EA account. I even went to the options. I really want to use the M-490 but I can't figure this out. Please help.Im having problems with redeeming the Terminus Assault Armor code for Mass Effect 2?
do u need to delete the game's data or just restart the game? Cause the same thing happened to me and I restarted its not giving me the option to redeem the code!
Uhm i downloaded it and everything but when i play i have no idea how to acess it HELP MEH!
You might have to restart the game as well. That little piece of info would have saved me 20 minutes of rage.
Have you found an answer to this yet? The same thing happened to me and it would suck if I didn't get the code for xbox.
so im guessing all this requires xbox live?
I had no idea I already had an EA account, so I made a new one and redeemed by code. Then I found out my gamertag was already attached to another account so I logged in with one of my other regular e-mails and realized I'd been forced to sign up when I was playing Skate 2.



There doesn't seem to be any way to transfer my gamertag from one account to the other, so I redeemed by code on the wrong account and there's nothing else left to do. I'm pretty pissed but I'll get over it, it's just some stupid game armor.



I mean, I'm not gonna be pissed about game armor considering my car didn't start today...it's stuck in some university parking lot.
Here's how I got mine to work on the 360:



Make sure you use the same e-mail address that is linked to your XBOX 360 account.

Input your code, which you have already done.



Start your Mass Effect 2 game. When you get to the main menu (the menu that says: New Game; Load Game, Extras), there should be a menu selection: New Content Available. Select 'New Content Available' and there should be Terminus Weapon and Armor. Press A, and the XBOX live market place will pop up. Hit 'Confirm Download' and it will put your download in pause. You will have to quit Mass Effect 2, go back to your 360 Dashboard, then go to your Active Downloads and resume/start the Terminus Weapon and Armor Download.



Once it has downloaded, start up your ME2 game, go to your captains cabin on the Normandy, go to your Armor Locker, then the Terminus Armor will be under 'Type'.
Ok, I just did this successfully. Here's what I recommend:



1. Go here and look up your EA login information by your Xbox GamerTag (this may result in you having to change your password so keep that in mind): https://profile.ea.com//forgotpassword.do



2. Once you have your login email address and (probably new) password, login and redeem your code(s).



Once you've redeemed your codes, go back to the Main Menu in Mass Effect 2 and you should see new Downloadable Content available. Download the content for your code(s) and you're all set.



If you don't see the downloadable content after redeeming your code, restart your Xbox. If you still don't see the downloadable content and you've allowed a few minutes to pass (mine was near instantaneous), you probably used the wrong email address. :(
